介绍
Ultimate Streak is a core-exercise and habits tracking app for Android and iOS. There's over 100 icons with customizable names with exercise challenges, daily, weekly and monthly targets, and has automatic counters for pushups, squats and situps. This watch companion app allows you to log reps down the gym or out on a run without the need to have your phone present. When the watch next syncs with your phone the reps are uploaded to the main app. Active Garmin sync in General Settings within the Android / iOS phone app. Watch sync is a PREMIUM app feature, with a free trial period. Tap "UP" button to change activity type or swipe left/right on screen. Long press on "START" button (top right), or tap on down arrow to latch the target. Tap on "Set #" to add set / remove set. Tap on center to have finer rep control (+/- 1 rep).
更新内容
New target with down arrow latch. Added sets to watch. Ensure watch immediately resyncs all reps on open (don't need to press sync button). Added spinner for finer rep control. Added background sync so watch app doesn't need to be open.
