介绍
Something not working, or not right for you? Please do not leave a negative review. Press "Contact developer" on this store page instead. I will fix or change it, and then you can rate it well. Many people think a review is a way to reach me, and it hurts me by accident. Not sure you want it because you would change something? Write there too, I will adjust it. If you like it, a good rating helps me stay in the store. I am a student and this work pays for my studies. Free and fully working for 30 days, then a one-time code for 3.99 EUR at dialforge.dev. No subscription. Real training load from your heart rate, not a guess. Effort Score turns your heart rate into a Banister TRIMP training load, using your resting HR, max HR and sex from your Garmin profile, with sensible fallbacks if any of that is missing. If your sex is not set in the profile (or set to unspecified), the male formula is used; only an explicit female setting switches to the female one. It adds up every second and works in any activity, including pool swims and indoor trainer rides, where GPS and pace do not help. - TRIMP score and effort per hour on screen - Works in any activity: run, ride, swim, indoor trainer - Saves an "Effort" field to your FIT file, visible in Garmin Connect - Adapts to full, half or smaller field size - No setup needed, reads your Garmin user profile automatically Add Effort Score as a data field on any activity screen and start your workout. Free trial: the app works fully and for free for the first 30 days. After that you can buy a one-time code at dialforge.dev. Changing your watch? Write to me and I will move your code for free. No subscription. I am a student and I build these apps myself after hours. I do not own every watch model, so bugs can happen on some. If something does not work or is missing, write through the form at dialforge.dev. I fix every reported bug within 72 hours and send the update to Garmin (Garmin approval usually takes 1-3 days). If you reported a bug, check whether the fix is already there, and if the bug lowered your rating, I would be grateful if you reconsidered it. If the app is useful to you, leave a rating in the store. You can also buy me a coffee or buy the full version, it lets me build more. Purchase: at checkout you confirm immediate delivery of the code, so under EU law the right of withdrawal does not apply. If the app does not work on your watch as described, write to me and I will refund you.
