介绍
https://fuelthegoal.com/ This data field provides intelligent nutrition alerts during your cycling activities. A power meter is required for proper functionality. Forget fixed grams-per-hour recommendations. This system determines when and how much to eat based on the actual effort you are making at every moment. Using the kilojoules (kJ) generated during your ride, the app automatically adjusts carbohydrate intake according to intensity, delivering clear and practical alerts while you ride. To receive these alerts, they must be enabled in your device’s activity profile settings. It also includes personalized hydration alerts based on your body weight and environmental conditions, helping you maintain proper fluid balance throughout the activity. The system takes into account exercise intensity, accumulated work, and digestive progression over time, helping you avoid both energy deficits and excessive intake. Different modes are available depending on the type of ride, automatically adapting the strategy for training, recreational cycling, or competition. The goal is simple: to help you eat and drink better during your ride, in a more precise way adapted to what you are actually doing.
