介绍

YOUR INTERVALS, AT A GLANCE. Live pace, progress and recovery on a screen that changes with your workout. The right information for each phase — and for everyday runs without a structured workout. DURING THE EFFORT For pace-based intervals, see your current pace in large digits, your interval average and the time or distance remaining. With supported pace, heart-rate or power targets, the bar shows whether you are below, within or above the target range. RECOVER WITH CONTEXT Review your last effort, the recovery remaining and what comes next, when Garmin provides the next step. In Auto mode, distance intervals show the time taken; timed intervals show the distance covered. HR Recovery shows how your heart rate has changed since the end of the effort. YOUR SCREEN, YOUR WAY TO TRAIN - Configure fields separately for regular runs, intervals, recovery and warm-up/cool-down. - On dynamic screens, choose Auto to adapt the fields to the workout step, or Manual to keep your selected metrics. - Choose from three HR-zone styles, bold or regular digits, and metric or imperial units. - Includes pace, HR, power, cadence, time, distance and elevation gain/loss, depending on available data. Supports time-based, distance-based and open-ended steps on the compatible AMOLED and MIP devices listed on this page. INSTALLATION This is a data field for Run, not a standalone app or a watch face. 1. Install it from Connect IQ and sync your watch. 2. In Run - Data Screens, add a screen with a single-field layout. 3. Select Connect IQ Fields - Intervals Running - Pro. Menus may vary by watch. Garmin help: https://www8.garmin.com/manuals/webhelp/GUID-025D75CF-3445-49E1-8D81-1AA74AB4E00F/EN-US/GUID-638CD68D-11B0-4D9C-B8B7-E28D15EC4566.html For structured workouts, create them in Garmin Connect, send them to your watch and start them from Run. The field does not create or start workouts. PLEASE NOTE Metrics, targets and the next step depend on your watch, sensors and the information Garmin provides. Sampling, rounding and interval-average calculations can cause small pace differences compared with native fields, especially when changing pace or finishing an interval. HR Recovery compares your current HR with your HR at the end of the effort: − means lower, + means higher. After very short efforts it may remain positive even while HR is falling; this alone does not indicate poor recovery. I'd love to hear how the data field works for you. If you enjoy using it, I'd appreciate a rating or a few words in a review. Have an idea, or is something not working as expected? Use Contact Developer on this page to get in touch. Your watch model and, if possible, a screenshot will help me understand.
