Start the activity timer → the camera starts recording Stop / save the activity → the camera stops Press LAP → a highlight is marked in the video Auto-pause does not stop recording, so a red light does not split your clip Settings (Connect IQ app on your phone, or the field's settings on the device): Record with activity (on by default): turn off if you want to start the camera yourself LAP starts/stops rec (off by default): LAP turns recording on and off instead of marking a highlight Add the "Osmo Auto Record" field to any data screen of your activity profile. The field shows the camera state: Searching / Accept on cam / Ready 82% / REC 12:34. The first time, accept the connection on the camera. After that the field reconnects by itself. If the camera is still off when you start, recording starts as soon as it connects. Works with: Osmo Action 4, Action 5 Pro, Action 6, Osmo 360. Not supported: Osmo Nano and Osmo Pocket 3. Requires a device with at least 128 KB for data fields (not available on fenix 6, Instinct 2 / 3 Solar / E, Forerunner 55 / 245, Venu (1st gen), vívoactive 3 / 4).
