RouteChoices Live Tracking Data Field This data field transmits your live GPS location directly to the RouteChoices.com server, converting your Garmin device into a real-time tracking unit. Setup & Usage Instructions: - Add to Activity Profile: Customise your chosen activity profile (e.g., Running, Cycling) by adding this data field to one of your data screens. - Start Tracking: Start a new activity using the profile configured with the data field. - Maintain Internet Connection: Keep your Garmin connected via Bluetooth to a smartphone with an active cellular data plan for the entire duration of your activity. - Check Status: The data field displays your unique 8-digit RouteChoices Tracker ID alongside your real-time connection status: LIVE: Good GPS signal and active internet connection. Location data is actively transmitting. OFFLINE: No GPS signal or no internet connection. Data is not currently transmitting. - Stop Tracking: Pause and save/discard your activity, then return to the main watch screen to cease location transmission.
