介绍
See smoothed running pace, heart rate zones, and a clear effort cue in Garmin's native Run activity. Run Cue puts current pace, heart rate, your heart-rate zone, and an effort cue on your Garmin screen. The background fills with your current heart-rate zone colour: blue Zone 1, green Zone 2, yellow Zone 3, orange Zone 4 and red Zone 5. Large pace, a red heart beside your heart rate, a clear zone number, and one effort cue keep the screen easy to read at a glance. Monochrome watches use a high-contrast display with a monochrome heart. Use a one-field data screen for full-display colour. Compact multi-field cells prioritise pace and zone. Choose a target zone in Run Cue settings (Zone 2 is the default; Zones 1–5 are available). Pick a 3, 5, or 10 second pace smoothing window, then choose watch units, kilometers, or miles. The default follows your watch's distance units. Run Cue uses your Garmin running heart-rate zone profile when available. If it is not, you can enter manual zone boundaries. The on-screen cue says EASE OFF after 15 seconds above your selected target and returns to ON TARGET after 5 seconds inside it; UNDER means your heart rate is below target. Optional high-heart-rate pop-up alerts are off by default and repeat no more than once every 120 seconds when enabled. Add Run Cue as a data field to Garmin's native Run activity. Garmin records your activity as usual; Run Cue does not replace activity recording or upload your run data. Supports 130 Garmin watch product IDs.
