介绍
Meet Sprout - a little character that reacts to your workout. Sprout changes through five expressive effort states: Easy, In zone, Pushing, Redlining and Fading. Watch its pose and colours respond to the pace, speed and heart-rate data available in your activity, with a small celebration at distance splits. Use Sprout with running, cycling, indoor riding and other supported activity profiles. It uses your configured Garmin heart-rate zones when available and can fall back to estimated zones. What Sprout can show depends on the data your activity and sensors provide. Make Sprout yours with an optional name, colour palettes and contrast settings. You can also set an optional target heart-rate zone, preview Sprout’s poses, and view a local activity recap and outing milestones. Sprout is free to install, with all current features included - no subscription, activation code or timed trial. Recaps and settings stay on your watch; there’s no developer account or cloud service. Optional FIT details are off by default. Sprout is a data field, not a watch face or standalone activity app. After installing, add it to an activity’s data screen. “In zone” is Sprout’s effort state; it doesn’t mean your optional target zone is met. “Fading” indicates a sustained pace drop, not measured fatigue. Easier outings count too.
