介绍
Bring VTCheck breathing metrics to your Garmin running and cycling activities. VTCheck Data Field connects to a breathing sensor to display minute ventilation (VE) and Efficiency (Eff), with background colors based on your VTCheck thresholds. Use it within Garmin’s built-in activities and workouts while Garmin handles GPS, timing, laps and activity recording. Choose a full-screen panel, a half-screen view showing VE and Eff, or a single field showing VE or Eff. Thresholds, Eff targets and display preferences sync from the VTCheck mobile app. A breathing sensor and VTCheck account are required for VE and Eff. This is a data field for Garmin activities, available separately from the VTCheck standalone watch app. Learn more: https://vtcheck.com Support: contact@vtcheck.com
