Disable sleep mode (if enabled at night) and ensure normal Bluetooth connection to the app. Download the watch face via Connect IQ but do not click "Set". Switch to the downloaded watch face on your watch first. Open the settings page in Connect IQ. Enter the activation code. Click "Save" and exit settings. Keep Bluetooth and the app connected for 5-10 minutes, ensuring sleep mode is off and the phone is in normal communication state for activation. *Note: Activation is not instant. After entering the code and saving, use the watch normally—check the settings page in 5-10 minutes for automatic activation.* 【Contact Support for Issues】 Email: 969999585@qq.com service@bolatek.com Facebook： oszero bolatek WeChat Official Accounts：OSZERO Tags: Garmin, OSZERO, Fenix, Epix, Instinct, Forerunner, Vivoactive, MARQ, Tactix, VENU X1, RealityTime, RTW
