介绍
GymPal is a widget that complements your experience while at the gym. It can: - help you remember your locker number - create a checklist of the workouts you'd like to do and mark them as completed - mark parts of the body as sore (the widget will automatically update status based on intensity of workouts) You can configure your own preferences directly in the app settings in the connect IQ application on your phone.
