介绍
Count the days since you quit, and watch the money you are not spending add up. Pick what you are quitting, what a pack costs, how many come in it, how much you get through, and when you stopped. From then on it counts for you: days, hours and minutes into your streak, and what you have kept in your pocket, climbing in real time. It lives in your glance list. Scroll down from your watch face and your days quit and money saved are right there, with no app to open. On the watch: - Track up to 3 habits at once, each with its own count and savings - Drinking, energy drinks, fast food, gambling, pouches, smoking, soda, sugar, vaping, or name your own in Garmin Connect - Costs work the way you buy: price per pack, how many are in a pack, and how much you use per day or per week, in $, £ or € - So a can of 20 pouches at $5 with 6 a day is $1.50 a day, and a $9 pack of 20 cigarettes at 15 a day is $6.75. It shows you the daily figure as you set it - Already quit? Pick the date you stopped and the count catches up - Milestones to aim for: 1, 3 and 7 days, 2 weeks, 1, 2, 3 and 6 months, a year, and every year after - Slipped? Restart the count without losing your best streak or your total days quit - Set everything on the watch, or in Garmin Connect Nothing runs in the background. The count is worked out from your quit date whenever you look, so it is always right and costs nothing on battery. No phone, no account, no subscription. Help me help you!
