There is NO FORECAST in this app at the moment - if you are looking for a forecast, please use other apps. IMPORTANT: At this stage the app requires you to enter your own Open Weather API key. To get it, follow instructions in "How to get an API key" section of FAQ here: https://openweathermap.org/faq Please DO NOT contact me with questions about getting the API key - it is Open Weather process and all I can tell is explained above. Due to a high number of users of this app, I will not answer any questions about API key - please refer to the Open Weather FAQ link above. ATTENTION: New OWM API keys might not be activated by OWM right away. It can take up to 6 hours (or longer if OWM changes something) for the new keys to start working. Untill that it will display "Invalid API key" in the app. To get weather conditions, the app needs to know the location. There are a few ways to set it up: - Use Garmin Weather to get location from the phone. The weather info itself will be coming from OWM, but location can be taken from Garmin Weather. To use it you need the following: 1. Your watch must be compatible with Garmin Weather API - more on that here: https://www.mobiledriveway.com/glance.html#weather 2. Set correct location for Garmin Weather, read the instructions here: https://support.garmin.com/en-CA/?faq=Mxs4eRXzRdAYJ0h7yyWaj9 3. In app settings, enable "Use phone location provided by Garmin Weather (if available)". It is enableb by default. - You can also get location from the last Activity. If Activity position is not available, run some activity with GPS (like Running), wait for GPS lock (either a message or screen borders turning green) and exit the Activity. You only need to do it once - going forward that location will be preserved and updated next time you run any GPS activity. - NEW: now you can get location directly from GPS on your watch. With the app open, press MENU button and choose "Get location from GPS". Screen and usage description: Temperature after "~" is "Feels like". Press "SELECT" button (or tap on the screen for touchscreens) to switch between HUMIDITY and PRESSURE. Time before location is how long ago the weather was reported. Press MENU for an option to refresh. Refresh is not guaranteed - Open Weather updates data at different intervals (depending on location). Wind reading shows average / gusts wind speed.
