About GarminHub

What is GarminHub?

GarminHub is an independent discovery platform that helps Garmin users find the best watch faces, apps, widgets, and data fields for their devices. We are not affiliated with Garmin Ltd. — we are an independent project built by Garmin enthusiasts.

After Garmin shut down the web version of the Connect IQ Store in November 2025, discovering third-party watch faces became limited to a mobile-only experience. GarminHub fills that gap by providing a fast, searchable, multi-language web interface for the entire Connect IQ catalog.

Data Source & Methodology

All product data on GarminHub is sourced directly from the Garmin Connect IQ Store API. Our crawler collects publicly available information including:

  • Product names, descriptions, and screenshots
  • Developer information
  • Download counts (approximate tiers provided by Garmin)
  • User ratings and review text
  • Device compatibility lists
  • Pricing information

Our data was last fully synchronized in May 2026 and covers 3,071 items across 581 developers and 327 Garmin devices.

How We Rank

Top 100: Items are ranked by download count (as reported by Garmin). When items share the same download tier, we use average rating as a tiebreaker, then review count.

Best Rated: Items with at least 10 reviews, sorted by average rating then review count.

Hidden Gems: Items with a rating of 4.5 or higher and at least 10 reviews, but fewer than 10,000 downloads — quality products that haven't been widely discovered yet.

Newest: Items sorted by their most recent release or update date.

Editorial Policy

GarminHub does not accept paid placements or sponsored rankings. All rankings are algorithmically generated from public Connect IQ Store data. Guide articles and reviews represent our independent editorial opinion.
