Love it thanks !
Hi, what’s the best time setting for this data field for road running please? Would 1 minute be ok or perhaps 30 seconds, whichever is more smooth and less jumpy?
Seems like a great app. But I cant change the default distance (100 meters) on my instinct 3
Nothing to say about the app it does what it is supposed to and is always installed on my Garmin devices. Only down side is that it seems that I can’t get the rolling pace field used on more than one screen per sport. For instance, I can’t have it on both default screen (to track rolling 500m vs average pace) and workout screen (rolling 500m vs lap time vs lap distance). Might be there to avoid being pace obsessed 😅
