Run structured training sessions with your training group, with your watches simultaneously telling you what you need to do and how long to do it for. No more shouting for leaders to tell everyone when to start, stop, speed up or slow down! A leader creates a channel on the Leadout website, on which they publish training sessions - intervals, hill repeats, tempo, with different blocks and segments describing time or distance and suggested pace. Participants create an account on the Leadout website and subscribe to their leader's channel via a shareable link. After registering their watch, it will automatically synchronise the channel's training programmes ensuring that it's ready to go when they are out on their session, even offline without a phone. The Leadout datafield can be added to the activity screen so that they're all ready for their training session. When the training session begins and it's time for the first block, participants navigate to the Leadout datafield and simultanously press the lap button to start the block. From then on, Leadout tells them what to do - what they should be doing, and for how long for.
