Vincore brings the workout your coach built in the Vincore app to your wrist. • Today's workout: workouts scheduled for today come first. • Strength training: weight and reps for every set, adjusted with the buttons or by touch, starting from the last weight you used. • Timed rest, with vibration in the last seconds and at the end. • Running and cycling by zones: each stage with its zone, the heart-rate range and your current heart rate colored by zone. • Tabata, AMRAP and EMOM with vibration. • Your finished workout goes straight to your coach. Without a connection, it is kept on the watch and sent later. How to connect: open the app on the watch and it shows a 6-digit code. In the Vincore app on your phone, go to Profile, Connections, Vincore on the watch and enter the code. Requires a Vincore student account (vincore.online) and the Garmin Connect app on your phone (iPhone or Android). The app is in Portuguese.
