Cursans analyses your running on your iPhone: fitness and VO₂ trends, heart-rate and pace zones, training load, durability and race predictions. This data field records your watch's own readings once per second while you run (GPS, heart rate, pace, cadence, running power, altitude, distance and blood oxygen; with an HRM-Pro, HRM 600 or Running Dynamics Pod also vertical oscillation, ground contact time, step length and vertical ratio) and sends them over Bluetooth to the Cursans app on your iPhone after each run. Nothing is recalculated, and no other account or cloud service is needed. Setup: install the field, then open Cursans › Settings › Connections and tap "Link Garmin watch". Start your runs as usual. If your watch does not add the field to a Run screen automatically, add it once to any Run data screen. Status: a small dot turns green once everything has reached the phone; while parts of the run are still waiting, it reads "n to send" in orange. Waiting parts are resent automatically when the phone is in range. Requires the Cursans iPhone app. Privacy policy: https://cursans.com/privacy/ Supported watches: Connect IQ 3.2 or newer with at least 128 KB for data fields (86 models), including fēnix 5 Plus, fēnix 6 Pro/Sapphire, fēnix 7/8, epix 2, MARQ, Forerunner 165/255/265/745/945/955/965/970, Venu 2/3/4, vívoactive 5/6 and Instinct 3 AMOLED. Watches with 32 KB for data fields (fēnix 6/6S non-Pro, Forerunner 245, Venu, Instinct 2) are not supported. On the run screen: the lap name (or REP n / REST n inside a workout repeat, with the step's target); the current pace (the watch's own current speed); the current lap's distance and time beside route and stopwatch icons (during a structured workout, the step's goal follows, e.g. 0.62/1.00 or 0:48/2:00); the whole run's average pace, distance and time beside blue gauge, route and stopwatch icons; and heart rate, coloured by zone, over a zone arc along the bottom with a marker for the current heart rate. During a structured workout, current pace or heart rate turns blue below the step's target, green inside it and red above it. All numbers are full white (black on a light background) for sunlight.
