EchoForge isn’t just a step counter, it is a living, breathing RPG powered entirely by your physical body and your Garmin watch's sensors. THE STORY In 1897, eccentric inventor Professor Elias Gearheart discovered the "Aether," a parallel digital dimension powered by human kinetic energy. As humanity became sedentary, the energy dried up, and the Aether began to rot, giving rise to Glitch Monsters, Scrap Vipers, and world-eating Titans. Now, Gearheart’s hologram is looking for a modern "Cyber-Ronin" whose physical heart is strong enough to reboot the world. That’s you. CORE FEATURES Ambient Encounters: EchoForge lives in the background. Every 500 steps you take in the real world triggers a random encounter on your wrist. You might find a hidden food cache, a wandering NPC, or a monster ambush! Biometric Combat: When ambushed, prepare for battle! Equip the right elemental weapon, choose your fitness tactic (a 1-hour Endurance walk or a 5-minute Blitz sprint), and get moving. Cadence Crits: Maintain a brisk pace ( above 110 Steps Per Minute) to automatically deal Critical Hits and melt the enemy's health! Overdrive: Push your physical Heart Rate over 115 BPM to ignite your avatar and earn DOUBLE loot! The Camp & Crafting: Forage for ingredients like Kelp, Shrooms, and Sun Pearls. Open your Camp to cook tactical meals. Aether Labyrinths: Find an Aether Compass to enter retro, top-down dungeons. Use your Garmin's actual, physical compass to orient your body in the real world and navigate the maze to find the exit. The Forges: * Aether Forge: Upgrade rusty weapons by marching to a haptic metronome beat playing on your wrist. Calorie Forge: Passively level up legendary gear just by burning active calories throughout your week. A Dynamic World: The Aether reacts to you. High real-world Stress levels alter your magic costs. Good Body Battery recovery yields better Aether regeneration. Real-world rain spawns aquatic bosses, and nightfall brings out Shadow variants.
