Beschreibung
A data field for Finlandia-hiihto, the 62 km ski race in Lahti. Add it to a data screen in your cross-country ski activity and on race day it tells you how far it is to the next pit stop and when you'll be there. On the screen: • Distance and name of the next pit stop, like "5.7 km TO Papinkaivo". • Arrival time. Worked out from your speed over the last 10 km, with 10 minutes added for each pit stop on the way. • Time in hand before the next closing time. +1:40 h is an hour and forty minutes to spare. If you're behind, the row is drawn inverted. Progress comes from the activity distance, so start the activity at the start line. This race has no course line in the field (see below). Races (2027): 62 km classic on Saturday 20 February and 62 km free-style on Sunday 21 February, both with the seven pit stops from Messilä to Tapanila and the closing times: Hälvälä 12:30, Messilä 13:30, Orinkarkaus (first pass) 13:30, Papinkaivo 14:30, Heinsuo 16:00, Tapanila 17:00, finish 17:30. The 32 and 20 km races are not included. What's missing: there's no usable map of the 62 km course in OpenStreetMap, so the field has no course outline and no climb figure, and it can't tell if you've skied off course. The organiser doesn't print pit-stop kilometres either; they were measured on the official course map. All times come from the pre-release 2027 guide and may still change. Auto mode picks the race starting today nearest to you. Or set the race yourself in the field settings in the Connect IQ app. Small watches show numbers and text only. Text-only models: Instinct 2, 3 and E. Forerunner 55, 245, 645 and 935. fēnix 5 and 6 (not Pro). Venu and Venu Sq. vívoactive 3 and 4. Edge 130. Plus a few older ones. Privacy: the position comes from your activity and stays on the device. It needs no extra permissions and sends nothing. The field shows its text in English, or in Swedish on a watch set to Swedish. Data: pit stops, services and closing times from finlandiahiihto.fi (Guide to Finlandia-hiihto 2027, pre-release), checked October 2026. Unofficial. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Finlandia-hiihto.
