Keeping a steady HR on your easy workouts is now easier than ever with just a super quick glance on the background color of your device. If your current HR differs less than 2 beats from your average the last 120 seconds then the background is green, otherwise orange/red or cyan/blue to indicate the difference. The large number in the center is your average HR the last 120 seconds and the small numbers (visible when space is available depending on layout) is how much your current HR deviates from the average. You can use the ConnectIQ mobile app or Connect Mobile to change these settings: - Thresholds - Moving average seconds

I would like to add the possibility to use running power as a metric for this data field. Unfortunately Garmin seems to have omitted that possibility for custom data fields.
