Follow me live, from your Edge or your watch. Link livedot to your free Windline account (for rides) or RunFast account (for runs), or both, once. Then just press Start on your Garmin: • Follow me live. The people you choose follow your dot in any browser, on your livedot link. • On your race's map. Tap I'm in on your club's race, then just ride or run it with your Garmin: you appear on the race map and the club page, with your time against your goal. • Your challenge km, counted. Rides count toward the Windline 1000 and runs toward the RunFast 200 as verified kilometres, and each is saved, private, in Past. Your home stays private: there's no dot in your first kilometre or within 1 km of where you started, and a race shows you only the way you chose on its entry. And on the road ahead, the weather: on a ride, an arrow for the wind against the way you're going, the gusts and how the next stretch rates (Good, Fair or Tough); on a run, the heat stress (Low, Moderate, High or Extreme) and the wind. It's worked out from Apple Weather every 5 minutes, follows your device's units, and fits any data screen, from one field to four. To link: in Windline or RunFast, open Account and choose Link a Garmin, then type the code into livedot's settings in the Garmin Connect app. It needs a phone paired with Garmin Connect nearby. Works on the Edge 540, 550, 840, 850, 1040 and 1050, the Forerunner 265, 265S and 965, the Fenix 7 range and the Fenix 8. Free for everyone, thanks to ProLend.
