This data field implements Joe Friel's running pace zones based on your threshold pace zone. Configure your threshold pace zone in the Connect IQ Settings of the App first. (Otherwise the data field will show "no config"). Pace Zones: Zone 1. Recovery Slower than 129% of LTPace Zone 2. Aerobic 114-129% of LTPace Zone 3. Tempo 106-113% of LTPace Zone 4. SubThreshold 101-105% of LTPace Zone 5. SuperThreshold/Aerobic capacity 90-100% of LTPace Zone 6.
