Stress (Bottom Center, GCX_BC): Monitor your current stress level throughout the day. Body Battery (Bottom Right, GCX_BR): Track your energy levels to balance activity and rest. Each of the circular gauges is interactive—simply long-press any gauge to jump directly to its corresponding widget on your watch. Managing your daily metrics has never been faster. Customization & Settings You can easily personalize your watch face directly through the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone: Open the Garmin Connect app. Tap on your device icon (at the top of the screen). Navigate to Appearance Watch Faces. Select Daily Face and tap on Settings. Available Customization Options: Theme: Changes the color scheme of all 5 circular gauges simultaneously. (Options: Default, Ocean, Fire, Neon, Aurora, Forest, Sunset, Mono) Clock Color: Changes the color of the time digits. (Options: Gold, White, Cyan, Red, Purple, Green) Note: Remember to tap "Save" or "Done" after adjusting settings to sync changes to your watch.
