Your queued run, on your watch. WorkItOut plans your rides and runs from your real training load. This app brings the runs WorkItOut planned for you onto your Garmin watch as native workouts, with a heart-rate or pace target for every step, so the watch guides you exactly as it does with any Garmin workout. How it works 1. Install this app and open it once. It shows a six-digit code. 2. In the WorkItOut phone app, go to Settings › Garmin watch and enter the code. That is the whole setup; the watch stays signed in. 3. Open this app on the watch whenever you like. It fetches the run you queued and the runs planned for the coming week, and lists them: the queued run, today, then the coming days. Select a day and the watch's own Run screen opens with that workout loaded. Press Start and go. The same runs also appear under Run › Workouts. Runs that are done disappear from the list; a new plan replaces the old one the next time you open the app. Nothing is ever typed on the watch. Requirements - The WorkItOut app on your phone, signed in (Android today; iPhone support is on the way). - Garmin Connect on the phone, connected to the watch: the download travels through it. - A watch that supports downloaded workouts (see the compatible devices list). Privacy The app keeps only a sign-in token on the watch and sends it to WorkItOut's own server to fetch your runs. It reads no activity data from the watch.
