About GarminHub
What is GarminHub?
GarminHub is an independent discovery platform that helps Garmin users find the best watch faces, apps, widgets, and data fields for their devices. We are not affiliated with Garmin Ltd. — we are an independent project built by Garmin enthusiasts.
Browse our cached directory, compare Garmin Store feedback, and check compatibility before opening the official Connect IQ Store to install. GarminHub does not host or distribute software, and does not claim complete coverage of the Store.
Data Source & Methodology
All product data on GarminHub is sourced directly from the Garmin Connect IQ Store API. Our crawler collects publicly available information including:
- Product names, descriptions, and screenshots
- Developer information
- Download counts (approximate tiers provided by Garmin)
- User ratings and review text
- Device compatibility lists
- Pricing information
The currently served snapshot contains 6,320 catalog records from 1,513 developer names and metadata for 345 devices.
Last successful catalog sync: . A sync may refresh only part of the directory; this is not the retrieval date of every product.
- 4,213 watch faces
- 270 apps
- 650 widgets
- 1,182 data fields
- 5 audio items
Download numbers are approximate Garmin tiers, not exact installations or active users. Ratings are Garmin Store feedback, not GarminHub test results. Records can share a name or URL, so these counts describe source records. Confirm current availability, pricing, permissions, and compatibility in the official Store.
How We Rank
Rankings: The Most Popular, Top Rated, Trending, and Newest tabs preserve the ordering returned by Garmin for each category. Category listing filters sort by downloads, average rating, or product update date.
Best Rated collection: Items with at least 10 reviews, sorted by average rating then review count.
Hidden Gems: Items with a rating of 4.5 or higher and at least 10 reviews, but fewer than 10,000 downloads — quality products that haven't been widely discovered yet.
Newest: Items sorted by their most recent release or update date.
Editorial Policy
GarminHub does not accept paid placements or sponsored rankings. Rankings use public Connect IQ Store data. Guides are attributed to GarminHub and link to primary sources; selection advice is editorial judgment and is not a claim that every product was tested. Product descriptions are supplied by developers.
The interface supports eight languages. Descriptions may fall back to their source language; our current guides and this methodology page are written in English.
