Description
GW Bridge is the free Connect IQ companion for WristGrid. It sends your Garmin wellness and activity metrics, such as Body Battery, stress, steps and recovery, from your watch to the WristGrid iPhone app, where they appear in Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. How to use it: 1. Install WristGrid on your iPhone from the App Store and follow its setup. 2. Open GW Bridge from your watch's app list and press START to send your data. 3. The watch shows "Data sent" when the transfer is complete. If it shows "Sent, not confirmed", open WristGrid on your iPhone and try again. After the first sync, your data keeps arriving on its own in the background. Requirements: - An iPhone with WristGrid installed. - Garmin Connect installed on the iPhone and paired with your watch. - A compatible Garmin watch (over 100 models are supported). GW Bridge is not a workout app and does not change your Garmin Connect data. Which metrics are available depends on your watch model and the data it records.
