Description
This datafield allows you to check your heart rate and heart rate zone in a split second! Like the one provided by Garmin, but in every field size, not just in large and on the last page. So no more scrolling to check your hr zone! The zones are loaded from your Gamin fitness profile automatically. If you configured seperate zones for running or cycling these will also be used in the corresponding activities. The active zone is highlighted with a bolder section and the arrow points to the current heart rate. If your are outside you zones no arrow or highlight is displayed. You need to add the data field to each data page, you want it to appear on. It is easiest to use Garmin's Connect app on your smartphone to configure the different data pages for each sport profile.
