Description
Morpheus Zones -- Heart Rate Zone Tracker Train smarter with real-time Morpheus heart rate zone tracking on your Garmin watch. This data field works alongside the Morpheus app to display your current heart rate, active training zone, and time accumulated in each zone -- all in one glanceable screen
What's New
v1.2.2 — Fixed: weekly zone time display now shows +H:MM when you have exceeded your weekly target for that zone (e.g. 0:45/+0:15 means 45 seconds in zone this session, 15 minutes over your weekly goal), instead of showing 0:00 once the target is met or surpassed.

Finally, your Morpheus zones ON your wrist during every workout with weekly minutes too! If you're a Morpheus user, you already know the problem: you check your recovery score in the morning, Morpheus sets your personalized zones for the day, and then... you're staring at generic Garmin heart rate numbers during your actual workout with zero connection to the zones that matter. That's exactly what this data field fixes. Morpheus Zones Data Field+ pulls your daily-adjusted Morpheus zone thresholds (from the data field's Settings) directly into your Garmin activity screen, so you can see in real time whether you're in Blue, Green, or Red — no more mentally cross-referencing your phone mid-run. The whole point of Morpheus is that your zones shift based on your HRV and recovery score each morning, and now your watch actually knows that. The field is clean and readable at a glance, which matters when you're pushing pace or trying to hold a tempo effort. Setup took a few minutes but the documentation is clear. Works great alongside my HRM chest strap (including my Morpheus HRM) on the Fenix 8 Pro. The other feature I like is with each workout I can see how close I get to each weekly minutes in zone targets (also entered in Settings once each week). If you're serious enough about training to use Morpheus, this is a no-brainer addition — it closes the loop between your morning recovery assessment and what you actually see during your workout. Highly recommend.
