OneDynamicZone — Your zone, determined in real time by fatigue. OneDynamicZone is the data field for Garmin Edge that recalculates your zones in real time based on your accumulated fatigue. (HR Drift, RPM Drop, W'bal, HRV). Your Z2 after a few minutes isn't the same as at the start—the app reflects this instantly. Heart rate or power, with visual and audible alerts when you leave the dynamic zone. --- DYNAMIC SEMICIRCLE A colored arc shows your active zone on the screen: it changes with the active zone (blue recovery, green aerobic, blue tempo, yellow threshold, red VO2 Max), and a needle precisely places you within it—lower limit, center, or about to leave. The zone isn't the static one from your profile: it's today's real zone, adjusted for accumulated fatigue. Up to 12 heart rate and power zones. --- HEART RATE OR POWER, AT A TOUCH With a single tap of the bottom button, you switch between heart rate and power. The semicircle and all metrics update instantly. Ideal for those with a power meter who want to compare both signals in real time. --- SMART ZONE SELECTOR The zone bar displays the target zone in the center, with adjacent zones on either side. Tap the arrows to navigate without changing your target zone—only by tapping the center block do you confirm the new zone. No accidentally passing through locked zones. No interrupting your workout. --- COMPLETE ON-SCREEN METRICS Simultaneously view: current heart rate or power value with its percentage of maximum or FTP, time in target zone and percentage of the session, speed, distance, cadence, and time of day. All on a single screen, without having to scroll. --- ZONE ALERTS When you move out of your target zone, the field emits distinct beeps: one pattern if you've climbed too high, another if you've descended too low. This allows you to train with your eyes on the road, not the screen. --- PREMIUM — REAL-TIME FATIGUE MONITORING With the Premium license, you unlock four advanced fatigue indicators displayed as stripes on the semicircle: HR Drift: Monitors the deviation of your heart rate/power ratio from your session baseline. It establishes your baseline during the first 5 minutes of active pedaling; from then on, it detects in real time if your heart rate is working harder than expected for the power you're generating—the earliest sign of aerobic fatigue. The calibration countdown doesn't reset when you change zones or modes: it's data from your session, not the zone. RPM Drop: Detects a drop in cadence compared to your usual pattern. Neuromuscular fatigue first appears as a slight reduction in pedaling before power drops. RPM Drop captures it early so you can adjust before "hitting the wall." W'bal: Monitors your anaerobic work reserve in real time. When you're in high-intensity zones, you consume W'; when you lower the intensity, you recover. The meter shows you what percentage of your anaerobic capacity you have left, helping you manage efforts in intervals, attacks, or the end of a race. Morning HRV: Enter your HRV at the start of the day, and the field calibrates all fatigue indicators according to your recovery state. A low HRV that day means more conservative thresholds; a high one allows you to push harder. HRV calibration converts the indicators from "average" to "customized for today." --- SESSION HISTORY The field automatically saves the last 30 workouts with baseline drift, fatigue level, HRV, and peak W'bal. The indicators from previous sessions inform the baseline of the current session—the more you use the app, the more accurate it becomes. --- PREMIUM LICENSE The license is per device, with no subscription or annual renewal.
