Description
Sprintr turns a training session into the numbers a field sport actually runs on. It reads GPS once a second, smooths the speed so a jumpy fix never becomes a sprint, and counts what happens above your thresholds: sprints, high-speed running, accelerations and decelerations, and the load your body took from the accelerometer. Default thresholds are the ones used in match analysis — high-speed running from 19.8 km/h, sprint from 25.2 km/h — with presets for hockey and rugby and every threshold open to change. The live screen keeps it to two numbers you can read at a glance: sprints so far and metres of high-speed running, with speed, heart rate and the clock of the current half underneath. Page down for accelerations and braking, time in each of five zones, and a heatmap of where you actually stood — fitted automatically after two minutes, or pinned to the field by walking one sideline. At the end the halves sit side by side with a fatigue index: how much high-speed running and how many sprints the second half held against the first.
