Support independent development: Buy Me a Coffee: https://buymeacoffee.com/yair.garmin Tired of manually tapping your watch or losing count mid-set? The Amazing Push Up uses smart motion processing to count your reps automatically and accurately live on your wrist. Whether you're doing quick "grease the groove" sets throughout the day or full chest workouts, every single rep counts. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ KEY FEATURES: 1. AUTOMATIC & ACCURATE REP COUNTING High-frequency 100 Hz wrist-tilt detection tracks your elbow flexion and chest depth in real time. It accurately counts clean reps—standard, wide, or narrow stance—while ignoring setup shuffling and post-set movements. 2. QUICK SETS OR MULTI-SET WORKOUTS • Quick Set: Drop and knock out a quick set anytime—ideal for grease-the-groove and daily volume. • Multi-Set Workout: Structured sessions with set counts and rest timers between sets. 3. TRACK PROGRESS & BEAT YOUR RECORDS Track your daily and 7-day push-up volume to build consistency, and chase your all-time Personal Records (Best Set, Best Day, Best Week) with celebratory gold screens! 4. WIDGET GLANCE & GARMIN CONNECT SYNC Check today's and this week's totals right from your watch's glance carousel, and sync all sessions directly to Garmin Connect as structured strength workouts. 5. 100% FREE TO USE No paywalls, no subscriptions, and no trial expirations. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SUPPORT INDEPENDENT DEVELOPMENT: If you enjoy this free app, consider supporting future updates: Buy Me a Coffee: https://buymeacoffee.com/yair.garmin Have feedback or ideas?
