Description
FLIGHT Run is a full-screen running data field from FLIGHT. On one clean, dark screen: - Heart-rate zone gauge along the top, with your heart rate and zone (Z1-Z5). The FLIGHT logo next to it changes colour with your zone. - Distance and time - Pace, in large type - Cadence gauge along the bottom, colour-coded like Garmin's running dynamics Distance and pace follow your watch's unit settings (km or miles). Heart-rate zones come from your Garmin profile. SETUP (one time): 1. Install FLIGHT Run from the Connect IQ Store. 2. On your watch, start the Run activity, but don't press start yet. 3. Hold the menu button (or swipe to the settings) - Run Settings - Data Screens. 4. Add a new screen (or edit one), choose the 1-field layout, and pick Connect IQ - FLIGHT Run. 5. Repeat for Treadmill and Trail Run if you use them. If you place FLIGHT Run in a smaller multi-field screen, it shows a compact pace view.
