Get on-wrist alerts to follow your fueling plan, hit hourly quotas, and stay on pace from start to finish. 3 Display Modes (choose in Garmin Connect settings): 1. Nutrition + Metrics (Default) - Watch: Live countdown to your next intake + Current Pace, Target Pace & Time Delta (+/-). - Edge Bike Computer: All-in-one screen with Nutrition, Speed, Target Speed, Time Delta, Distance & Heart Rate Zone bar. 2. Nutrition Only - Minimalist full-screen countdown and product reminder (Carbs, Hydration, Sodium). 3. Metrics Only (6 Fields) - Full-screen pacing dashboard with Time Delta (+/-), Pace/Speed, Target Pace, Distance & Heart Rate Zone gauge. 2 Ways to Use: 1. Automatic Cloud Sync (Recommended) - Plan your race nutrition & pacing on https://nutplan.app - Copy your Device Key and paste it into Garmin Connect settings. - Your active race plan syncs automatically to your watch. 2. Standalone Local Mode (No account needed) - Set a fixed reminder interval (e.g. every 30 min), your product sequence (e.g. Gel;Bar;Drink;Salt), and target pace directly in Garmin Connect settings.
