Description
Pacia brings a structured workout selected on iPhone to the Run activity on your Garmin. Install the Data Field, add it to Run, open Pacia on the watch, and tap “Send to Garmin” on iPhone. Depending on the model, Pacia uses the watch's native workout or shows the steps in guided mode. Time, distance, and compatible pace, heart-rate, and cadence targets are preserved. Perceived effort remains visible in the step name without an automatic RPE alert. Transfer is local over Bluetooth and requires Pacia for iPhone. The Data Field does not record a parallel activity or send health or GPS data to Pacia servers.
