Description
Interval training on your watch, no mental maths. Peakflow Interval compares your current interval with the previous one at exactly the spot where you are right now. "−0:03" means you are three seconds faster than last time at this point. Green ahead, red behind, plus a bar like a ghost runner. • Press the lap key or start a Garmin workout: every step is detected, work and recovery kept apart • Recoveries are recognised as such and not compared. During recovery: rest time and how far your heart rate has dropped • After each interval a 10-second summary: time, gap to your average, spread of your intervals • Choose the comparison: previous, best or average of all intervals • Hill repeats: uphill it counts vertical metres per hour instead of pace • Auto lap every km? Then the field shows km splits against the last kilometre • Adapts to every data field layout, including round displays No phone, no account, no data transfer. Free. Tip: with "Peakflow Live" on a second data page you keep flows and intervals apart.
What's New
Version 1.1.1 • Heart rate on small watches (e.g. Forerunner 55): distance, pace and heart rate did not fit side by side in the bottom line, so the heart rate was dropped. The line is now more compact ("450 m 4:04 174bpm") or the heart rate moves to a second line. • New languages: English, French, Italian and Spanish following the watch language (German as before, all other languages English). Version 1.0.0 First release.
