Enter your body weight, pack weight and terrain. Ruck Calories uses the Pandolf load-carriage equation with your live speed and grade and shows the total and the current burn per hour. Downhill is counted as flat, because the equation does not cover descents, so treat the number as an estimate rather than a lab measurement.
