Description
I'm Steev, your running coach. This data field puts me on your Run screen. Before you start, I show today's session from your Steev plan. On a structured session (intervals, a tempo, a warm-up and a cool-down) I walk you through it step by step: the step you're on, what's left of it and the pace to hold, with a buzz at every change. Each step ends on its own distance or time; one without either ends when you press lap. When you save, your run comes straight to me and I plan what comes next. What you need - A free Steev account at steev.run - To pair once: I show a six-character code, you type it into Settings at steev.run. Nothing to set up on the watch. - Your phone nearby, so I can reach Steev. What I send After you save: the run's time, distance, laps, heart rate, cadence, power, elevation and calories. Never your GPS track. It goes to Steev only, never to Garmin. Privacy policy: https://steev.run/privacy
