Description
Start and stop your SuspensionIQ recording from your Garmin’s activity timer. Requires the SuspensionIQ phone app and SuspensionIQ suspension sensors. Add this data field to an activity screen. Starting the timer starts recording on your fork and shock sensors, and stopping the timer stops it. Pressing lap ends the current recording and starts the next, so each descent can be its own session. The field shows whether the phone is recording. Setup: in the SuspensionIQ phone app, open Settings, go to Garmin remote, and choose your Garmin once before your first ride. On Android, Garmin Connect must be installed. Keep your phone with you; it runs the recording.
