Description
The tide on your activity screen. Add tides.watch to a data screen in Surf, SUP, Open Water Swim, Kayak or any activity and see how long until high or low tide without stopping. • HIGH IN or LOW IN with a big countdown to the next tide • A rising or falling arrow, the tide height now and the time of the next tide • A tide curve with a dot for now, when the field has room • Tide height recorded into your activity and charted in Garmin Connect after your session Works in any field size: a full-screen field shows everything, small fields keep the countdown. Heights follow your watch's units (metres or feet). Needs a paired phone with Garmin Connect and an internet connection to download tides the first time in an area. About five days of tides are then saved on the watch, so it keeps working with your phone left in the car, and when GPS drops out in the water. Privacy: only an approximate location (rounded to about 10 km) is sent, through Garmin Connect, to the tides.watch server and on to WorldTides to get tide predictions. No account, no tracking, no ads. Privacy policy: https://just-tides.dark-frog-60a0.workers.dev/privacy Also from tides.watch: the tides.watch watch app, with a glance, a watch-face complication and Add to calendar. Tides on your phone at https://tides.watch Tide data: WorldTides (www.worldtides.info). Predictions are estimates. Do not use tides.watch for navigation or as your only source of tide information. Free. Questions or bugs: palmerboop@gmail.com
