Description
Alcogram is an alcohol tracking widget for Garmin watches. Log beer, wine, shots, or your own custom drinks, then see an estimated alcohol level based on drink volume, ABV, timing, and your Garmin profile data. The main screen shows a rolling 24-hour graph with your recent history and projected future alcohol level, helping you understand how your level changes over time. Alcogram also includes quick summaries for the last 24 hours and last 7 days, plus glance and complication support for fast checks from your watch face. Features: - Log preset drinks: beer, small beer, wine, and shots - Add premium custom drinks with volume and ABV - Estimate alcohol level using grams of alcohol, body data, absorption, and elimination - View level as per mille or BAC percent - See a rolling 24-hour graph with future projection - Review last-24-hour and last-7-day summaries - Use smart drink sorting for faster logging - Add past drinks from history - Publish estimated level to glance and complication views - Configure background refresh interval - Premium settings for target level, high-level warning, weekly limit, absorption speed, and elimination rate Alcogram is designed for personal tracking and awareness. It is not a legal, medical, or forensic measurement tool. Alcohol estimates can vary widely between people and situations, and the app does not determine whether you are safe or legally allowed to drive or perform any activity. Premium Note Premium unlock enables custom drinks, target-level projection, high-level graph/glance warnings, weekly standard-drink limit, and advanced estimate settings.
