Description
Take note of what you eat, compare it to your daily targets and see at a glance how many calories are left for a balanced day. The target takes into account basal metabolic rate (BMR) as well as actively burned calories, whereas BMR (as calculated by Garmin) can be adjusted between 0 and 200%. Due to Garmin restrictions, the widget cannot be sync'ed with GARMIN CONNECT. All data are local on the device.
