What's New
- Added smart reminders: a gentle buzz 15 min before your eating window closes, and another the moment you hit your fast goal. Toggle them on/off in settings. - Forgot to stop your fast? You can now set the exact time you finished — adjustable up to 16 hours back (was 3h), with a new HH:MM picker that won't let you pick a time before your fast started. - Pick the exact stop time — new step-by-step HH:MM picker. Adjust the hour first, then the minute; the part you're editing is highlighted in yellow so you always know what's changing. Wider time range — set a stop time from up to 8 hours in the future to 16 hours in the past (was just 3 h back). Useful whether you forgot to stop hours ago or want to plan when to break. - Safer — no zero-duration fasts — the picker blocks any stop time earlier than when your fast started, so an accidental pick can't wipe a real fast. - Simpler stop menu — "Now" or "Select exact time" instead of a long list of fixed offsets.
