Description
Good evening! GuNa is the counterpart to GuMo Morning Report: in the evening it sums up your day and helps you prepare for the next one – on eight clear pages in the Garmin look: • Start – moon over the horizon and a personal greeting • Your day – steps towards your daily goal and distance • Body Battery – current level and drain since the morning • Stress – average and share of calm, medium and high • Training tomorrow – from rest day to intervals, based on your expected Body Battery and recovery time when you wake up • Bedtime – when to go to bed, based on your wake-up time and recovery needs • Tomorrow morning – weather forecast and sunrise • Good night – a different quote every evening The values are estimates made by the watch, not medical measurements. How far back the stress history goes depends on your watch – GuNa shows from when the average applies. Setup: Enter your first name for the greeting in the Connect IQ app under GuNa's settings. Wake-up time and bedtime come from your Garmin profile. Privacy: All health data stays on your watch. Only if the watch has no Garmin weather does GuNa request the weather from Open-Meteo, sending your approximate location (rounded to about 1 km). No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Weather data: Garmin or Open-Meteo.com (CC BY 4.0).
What's New
Temperatures and times now follow your watch settings: °F with statute units, AM/PM with 12-hour time. On narrow screens the date is shortened.
