PLANK Power runs your plank session from the wrist: a countdown ring, the time left in big figures, your set count, live heart rate and calories. Try the whole thing free — five complete sessions, nothing held back inside them. WHAT THE FREE VERSION GIVES YOU • Beginner (3 x 20 s) and Intermediate (4 x 45 s) levels • Presets mode — the fixed plan for your level • Editable mode — set your own sets, hold and rest per level from the Garmin Connect phone app • The full session experience: countdown ring, live HR and calories, tone and vibration cues, pause, +30 s or skip during rest • Summary with total hold, sets, heart rate and calories • Personal best, day streak and session history • Saved to Garmin Connect as a strength-training activity, one lap per set • Dark or light theme, tones and vibration toggles, buttons or touch AFTER 5 SESSIONS The trial covers five complete sessions.
