iForge Coach brings your personal Today plan to your Garmin watch. Review the full assignment, minimum option and stop rule before starting. The app guides physical and mental sessions with clear steps and a timer. A CO₂-tolerance session requires a separate safety acknowledgement and remains strictly bounded: seated or lying down on dry land only, never hyperventilate, and stop immediately if symptoms occur. Pairing uses a one-time code at coach.iforge.me. After your explicit consent, the app can use a limited daily summary such as steps, active minutes and supported recovery values. Your Garmin credentials are never shared, and access can be revoked in iForge. iForge supports wellbeing and performance choices and is not a medical device.
