An **unofficial** Connect IQ data field for e-bikes (Pinion MGU motor): arc-shaped power gauge, Motor / Cadence / Assist band, Battery / Range band, bike name at the bottom. Connects automatically. ! Note: this data field uses the Sigma protocol to connect to your eBike. To enable it, the eBike must have been connected at least once to the FIT Maintenance Tool at a specialist shop or to the FIT E-Bike Control app. ## Install - **Phone (recommended)**: Garmin Connect ▸ **Connect IQ Store** ▸ **MGU Dashboard** ▸ **Install** ▸ pick your watch. - **Computer**: connect.garmin.com ▸ Connect IQ Store ▸ Install. ## Add to an activity - **On the watch**: activity ▸ middle button ▸ **Data Screens** ▸ **Add** ▸ **Connect IQ** ▸ MGU Dashboard. - **Phone**: Garmin Connect ▸ **More** ▸ activity ▸ **Data Screens** ▸ **Add** ▸ Connect IQ ▸ MGU Dashboard. ## Settings Activity ▸ **Activity Settings** ▸ **Connect IQ Fields** ▸ **MGU Dashboard**. - **Demo mode**: simulated data, no bike. - **Labels**: each metric's name (on by default). - **Metrics**: Motor, Cadence, Assist, Battery, Range — show or hide. The gauge is always shown. - **FTP**: **Auto** by default, your Garmin profile FTP (else 200 W). The gauge scale is **2× FTP**; otherwise a manual value from 60 to 400 W. ## Recording Continuous (power, cadence, assist, battery, range), plus summary and per lap, in Garmin Connect. ## Troubleshooting - "Scanning…" all the time: move closer, motor on. - "Waiting…": restart the activity or power-cycle the motor. - No pairing: bike already paired, or forget it in the watch's Bluetooth settings. - Needle pinned at the top: "Auto" FTP too low, pick a value. - No bike, or white screen in the simulator: turn **Demo mode** on, then off.
