This is the minimal Version of the 80/20 Run Zones data field to provide legacy support for older watches with limited memory size like Fenix 3, Forerunner 920Xt, ... This will only record and show your 80/20 heart rate zones and intensity. For more information and instructions please refer to my website: garmin.eho-systems.de Of course you can also use this data field with newer watches but for these we recommend to use the full blown 80/20 Run Zones data field that will record all three metrics heartrate, pace and power at once.
