Descrição
Nappr times your nap from the moment you actually fall asleep, not from the moment you lie down. It watches your heart rate settle below your resting level and your wrist go still, marks the minute you drifted off, and wakes you with a soft vibration that builds up after the nap length you chose — 10, 20, 26 or 90 minutes — with a hard maximum so a nap never runs away with your afternoon. After each nap you see how long it took to fall asleep, how long you slept, how far your heart rate dropped and whether grogginess is likely, plus a minute-by-minute strip of the nap. The history shows your average time to fall asleep and your naps this week, and the start screen uses that average to tell you roughly when you will be up. WHAT IT DOES - Detects falling asleep from heart-rate drop plus stillness, with a motion-only fallback - Four nap lengths: quick 10, power 20, NASA 26 and a full 90-minute cycle - Smart wake in cycle mode: wakes you on the first movement in the last 10 minutes - A maximum nap time that always ends the nap, even if you never fell asleep - Gentle alarm in three rising steps, adjustable strength, optional tone, 5-minute snooze - Last-nap summary with a sleep strip, grogginess estimate and heart-rate drop - History, averages, five languages and a glance with the wake time WHAT IT NEEDS - A watch with a wrist heart-rate sensor for the best detection; without heart rate it uses stillness only - Keep the app open during the nap: the watch stops app timers when you leave it
Novidades
Choose your own nap length, such as 15 minutes, and Test alarm now runs through all three alarm stages with a screen.
