Descrição
Sourdough Timer guides you through your bread-making routine, right from your wrist. Create and edit recipes with initial mixing, ingredient additions, repeated folds, warm proofing, cold proofing, and baking. Set a wait before each action, then receive a sound and vibration alert when it’s time to act. Confirm each action with one button press to start the next wait. Pause and resume as needed, and see your current action, countdown, and next step at a glance. Includes Sourdough and Quick Fold Practice recipes you can customize or delete.
